PWH99 Terms and Conditions
for Philippine Players

1 General Terms

Welcome to PWH99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PWH99 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services accessible through pwh99.net ("the Site"). PWH99 is operated by a licensed entity registered in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and PWH99 ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on the Site, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

PWH99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site with the updated effective date. 2 Eligibility

To register and play on PWH99, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations. Players aged 18–20 are not permitted to register or participate in any real-money games on the Site.
• You are a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of PWH99 or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of such persons.

• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement.

PWH99 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. If a player is found to have registered while being ineligible, their account will be suspended immediately and any funds — including winnings — may be forfeited without notice.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to register only one (1) account on PWH99. Multiple accounts — whether registered by the same person, household, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, PWH99 may suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and void any pending transactions or winnings.

Registration Information

When creating your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and a valid government-issued ID for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Providing false information is a serious violation of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. PWH99 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any additional security features available on the platform. You must notify PWH99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

PWH99 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team right away.

KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, PWH99 will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on PWH99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). We support the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your PWH99 wallet in real-time for most e-wallet methods. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. PWH99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are outside our control.

Funds deposited into your PWH99 account may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. Deposited funds do not earn interest, and PWH99 will not use player funds for any operational purposes.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days subject to KYC completion and any pending wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

PWH99 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback deals, free spins, and seasonal specials. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below and the specific conditions stated on each promotion's page.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

Bonus Abuse

PWH99 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("bonus whoring"), and using bots or scripts. Players found engaging in any form of bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus expiry periods are stated on each individual promotion.
• PWH99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• All PWH99 promotions are for entertainment purposes and are subject to these general Terms.

6 Gameplay Rules & Bet Settlement

All games on PWH99 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports, esports, and jackpot games — are governed by the rules displayed within each respective game or betting market. In case of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail for that particular game.

Sports & Esports Betting

Bets placed on sports and esports markets are settled according to the official results confirmed by the relevant governing body. PWH99 reserves the right to void bets in cases of system errors, incorrect odds being published due to technical issues, or events that cannot be verified. Any bets placed after the official start of an event (where this is detectable) may be voided.

Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpot amounts are displayed in real-time and are subject to change. In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a jackpot game, the jackpot win will not be honoured and the wager will be refunded. PWH99 is committed to fair play and all RNG-based games are independently certified.

Disconnection Policy

PWH99 is not responsible for losses resulting from network disconnections or device failures during gameplay. Where possible, game states are preserved server-side and the session can be resumed upon reconnection. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while playing.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PWH99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person or household
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account without their explicit consent
• Using any form of automated tool, bot, script, or software to manipulate games or betting markets
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the PWH99 platform
• Money laundering or any other financial crime through the PWH99 platform
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage — any winnings arising from such exploitation are void
• Engaging in any activity that damages the reputation or integrity of PWH99

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Termination & Suspension

PWH99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity theft or payment fraud
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player through their bank or payment provider
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion
• Regulatory or legal requirements

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, provided no violations have been committed. Disputed balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team at support@pwh99.net. Once closed, an account cannot be re-opened unless specifically agreed upon in writing by PWH99.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, PWH99, its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or any of its services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings
• Loss or corruption of data
• Service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or transaction processing caused by technical malfunctions
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials

PWH99 strives to maintain a consistently available and error-free platform, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

PWH99 may amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent notices on the Site at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of PWH99 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
